“Together We Rise” isn’t just a motto for me—it’s a belief in the power of leadership to lift others up. I joined Toastmasters back in 2020 to improve my public speaking, but what I found was so much more. It became a community that helped me find my voice, build my confidence, and step into leadership. Now, as the Club Extension Chair for Mumbai in District 226, I’m passionate about helping others have that same experience by creating new clubs and opening up new opportunities. At work, I’m a Director at Capgemini, leading large transformation programs. But outside of work, I’m all about building communities. I’ve spoken at the PMI Global Summit six times and founded the Women PowerUP Network—a global family of over 900 incredible women. Whether I’m mentoring, speaking, or singing along to my favorite Bollywood tunes, I truly believe every stage is a chance to change a life. And for me, the greatest joy in leadership isn’t standing up front—it’s creating a stage for someone else to shine.
