“Ashutosh is a Certified FaciliTrainer and Behavioral Skills Trainer based in Pune, with professional experience of close to two decades across Business Operations, HR, and L&D — with major hotel chains — before founding ElevatEdge Training Consultancy. He’s trained 750+ trainers, 2500+ students and 1000+ working professional and coached professionals toward becoming sharper communicators, facilitators, and leaders, blending experiential learning, behavioral insight, and activity-based facilitation with real workplace application.
