The District’s Mission is “We build new clubs & support all clubs in achieving excellence” mainly focusses on membership & educational goals . Membership in terms of growing existing clubs and opening new clubs expanding the benefit of Toastmasters to wider audience. My vision as an District leader would be focusing on the very foundation of excellence which means focusing on building the strong educational framework so that members can get maximum benefit from the Toastmasters which ultimately will help in building new clubs and making the existing clubs thrive.
